If a file is too large, take a lower-resolution photo or use a free PDF compressor before uploading.

The five screening questions

Early in the application you will be asked to confirm which requirements you already have.

  1. 1.Do you have a copy of the proof of land ownership (land title or proof of purchase)?
  2. 2.Do you have a copy of the vicinity map?
  3. 3.Do you have a copy of the site development plan?
  4. 4.Do you have a copy of the floor plan?
  5. 5.Do you have a copy of the electrical plan or site map (for temporary structures)?

Answering No does not stop your application — it simply tells the MPDO which requirements still need to follow.

Information you will need

  • The name and address of your authorised representative, if you have one
  • The name, type and nature of the proposed project
